KGSP - Application Forms & Documents - استمارة و مستندات التقديم

Hello everyone 😊 it's been awhile 😅, so this time I'll just give you a general explanation about the application form and the documents that you need to prepare. Some of the documents i'll take about in depth in future posts because as I think they are a bit tricky and cause confusion.
Be notice, generally I'll be talking about KGSP-Graduate scholarship not KGSP-Undergraduate, because my scholarship is KGSP-G and there are differences in the forms and the requirements. But, of curse you can leave your questions that are related to KGSP-U in the comments below and I'll try to answer them.
مرحباً جميعاً ☺️ صار لي فترة ما نزلت 😅 في هذا البوست راح اتكلم بشكل سريع عن استمارة التقديم و المستندات المطلوبة الي تحتاجونها عشان التقديم. بعض الاستمارات و الاشياء المطلوبة راح اتكلم عنها بشكل مفصل في بوستات قادمة لأنها شوي اتسبب تشويش و حيرة فتحتاج يعني.
و للعلم ترى أغلب الي راح اكتب عنه حالياً او في المستقبل راح ينطبق على بعثة الماستر و الدكتورا لأنها البعثة الي قدمت لها و في اختلاف بسيط بين استماراتها و مستنداتها و بين حقت الباكلريوس. بس طبعاً اذا عندكم أي اسئلة بخصوص بعثة البكالريوس اتركوها بالتعليقات تحت و ان شاء الله احاول اجاوبها.
First of all, all the forms you'll find it in "Useful Links" section in the website, for both scholarship
بالأول كل الاستمارات راح تلقونها في قسم الـ "Useful Links" بالموقع، للبعثتين
This is the list of KGSP-G forms and documents, note that KGSP-U had to submit similar documents but it contains different details.
All documents has to be either in English or Korean, if they aren't then you have to translate them and then Apostille them or verify them in Korean embassy/consuls. Check if your country is member of HCCH organization or not, if it's then you have to Apostille otherwise verify them in Korean embassy/consuls. And don't to forget to check the procedures in your country it's different from one to another.
•In Bahrain documents have to be translated by authorised person and verified by GOSI before Apostille them in main MOFA branch in Manama.
هذي قائمة المستندات المطلوبة لبعثة الماستر و الدكتورا, بعثة البكالريوس تقريباً نفس المستندات مع اختلاف في التفاصيل.
كل المستندات لازم تكونا اما بالأنجليزي او الكوري. اذا ما كانو انجليزي لازم يتترجمون و يعتمدون بالـ Apostille او يعتمدون في سفارة/ قنصلية كورية. تأكدوا اذا كانت دولتكم عضوة في منظمة الـHCCH، اذا كانت لازم الـApostille إذا لا سفارة/ قنصلية كورية. و تأكدو من اجراءات الترجمة و الاعتماد في بلدكم لأن يختلف من دولة لثانية.
• في البحرين لازم تكون الترجمة عن طريق مكتب معتمد من الوزارة و يعتمدونها لكم في الـGOSI قبل لا اتسونها Apostille في وزارة الخارجية الفرع الرئيسي في المنامة.

you have to write about yourself and about your view in live, experience in relate to what you want to study and the reason you chose South Korea. ***
You have to write about the major you want to study and the research subject that you want to do, and your future plans after scholarship. ***
Recommendation letter from your previous university teacher or your employer (there is a specific form for that just print it and give it to him/her)
A form that you need to sign it
medical form you need to fill yourself, no need to go to hospital at this point, you will later.

copy of your passport + copy of your national card + your birth certificate .
copy of your parents' passport + copy of your parents' national card.
A paper signed by your parents says that they are approving you going to South Korea and stay there to study. you won't find it with forms, but the embassy gave it to me. if you need it tell me to upload it.

تقريباً مثل السيرة الذاتية , فيها معلومات شخصية, مختصر عن المؤهلات العلمية و الخبرة و الخ
تكتبون عن نفسكم و نظرتكم للحياة, عن خبراتكم الي لها علاقة بالي تبون تدرسونه و ليش اخترتو كوريا ***
تكتبون عن التخصص الي تبون تدرسونه و موضوع الرسالة الي تبون اتسونه و ليش اخترتونهم و عن خططكم المستقبلية بعد البعثة ***
رسالة توصية من دكتور بجامعتكم القبلية او مديركم بالشغل, الاستمارة جاهزة بس طبعوها و عطوه يمليها
استمارة جاهزة بس تحتاج توقيع
استمارة عن وضعكم الصحي تملونها انتو ما يحتاج تروحون المستشفى حالياً
شهادة التخرج
درجات الجامعة لكل الفصول
إذا كنتو مقدمين على دكتورا بس.
إذا كنتو مقدمين على دكتورا بس.
نسخة من بطاقة الهوية + نسخة من جواز السفر + نسخة من شهادة الميلاد .
نسخة من بطاقات هوية الوالدين + نسخة من جواز سفر الوالدين
إذن خطي موقع من الوصي انه موافق انكم اتقدمون ع البعثة و تروحون كوريا لمدة البعثة للدراسة. الاستمارة مو موجودة مع الباقي في البحرين السفارة تعطي, الي محتاج نسخة يخبرني و برفعها.

إذا كان عندكم بحث منشور في مؤتمر او منتدى باحثين مو اذا كان على مستوى الجامعة بس
إذا كان عندكم اي جوائز اكاديمية
